Q2: What is "consecration"? How to prove that the products truly have spirituality?
  • Consecration = energy activation: Each product is chanted and purified by practitioners in temples, with an exclusive energy certificate (attached with a unique number that can be verified on the official website).

Q3: Will I be charged a currency conversion fee when paying?

Absolutely not: All prices are settled in US dollars (USD), with the exchange rate automatically locked by the system. There are no additional fees for Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or PayPal.

Q4: Why do you need my email address and phone number?

They are only used for:

Q6: How can I track my package in real-time?

You will receive:
• A text message containing an official tracking link.
• You can check the customs clearance progress (estimated tariffs) by logging into your account.

Q7: Will there be any customs duties charged?

The selling price already includes relevant tariffs. There is no need to pay any tariffs upon receiving the goods.

Returns & Support

Q8: Can I return the product if I'm not satisfied after receiving it?

Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided that:
• Yes. The energy seal sticker (on the inner side of the product's plastic bag) has not been torn off
• Yes. The certificate card has not been scratched (once verified, it will be bound to personal energy)
• No. Worn or damaged products cannot be returned → Return application portal

Q9: Will the energy of the consecrated product disappear after return?

It will be reset:
Returned products will undergo an incense purification ceremony to unbind the original owner's energy, and can then be reconsecrated and put on the shelves (the process takes about 7 days).
